The Profile Studio analysis software is extremely intuitive and easy to use
The functions required for profile characterisation are grouped in the right-hand tool bar (arcs, lines, points, dimensions) and are divided into families, each of which has a different colour; on the left-hand side the tree of profiles already acquired and the interface for controlling the instrument (probe position, measurement setting, calibration) are shown
The CAD is highly advanced: all entities are dynamic and editable after insertion
Using the BestFit function, an arc or line can be constructed on the profile with a single click
With the autocomparison function, all entities and dimensional tolerances present on a reference profile can be reconstructed on a new profile
For the most complex parts, allows the execution of measuring cycles and, therefore, obstacles (grooves, shoulders) are automatically overcome and the profile is reconstructed at the end of the measurement
