By following an “all in one” logic, the roundness-tester with few operations is quickly ready to work and has the capability to emphasize all the circular geometry. The instrument is supplied with integrated Circom software, software developed to be extremely intuitive and easy to use. This one gives the customer the chance to analize the following geometrical tolerances: roundness, straightness, cilindricity, conicity, cone form, concentricity, parallelism, coaxiality, run-out, total run-out, thickness variation. 90° rotating probe to enter the grooves. Possibility to display and print different kinds of 2D and 3D reports with rendering of surfaces. Optional integrative packages can be added, i.e. the harmonic analysis that allows to analize each single sinusoidal component of measured profile, essential within the bearing inspection world. Available in CNC versions with motorized regulation of the column.
